It was quite revealing, to say the least. I wondered what kind of response it would give for the UK. What strategies might Satan use to destroy the United Kingdom? I then asked to what extent the current situation in the UK conforms to this hypothetical strategy, and the results were stunning. From time to time we are called on to defend what we believe, especially when it seems to contradict generally accepted views. This brings us into the realm of apologetics, and it's an area in which the average Christian is not experienced, leading to weak arguments and logical fallacies on both sides. "Most people believe ..." or "Most scientists say ..." is appealing to a majority who either may be faulty in their conclusions or express a preconceived bias against opposing views, thus overlooking weaknesses in their own arguments.
